Delivery
We aim to ship the majority of orders within three working days.
Non-standard cover materials take an additional two to three weeks.
Orders of Mobile Arm Supports may take up to two weeks.

Cost of packing and delivery
Matrix:
£15.50 for UK orders with weight under 20kg
(The majority of orders will fall into this category. Please ask for other rates.)

Headmaster Collar and accessories and Torticollis Collar:
For UK orders: £4.20 for up to 4 collars; £10.00 for 5 or more
New option: courier delivery - £10.00 per order
Axion and Headrests:
£10.00 for UK orders

Mobile Arm Support:
£15.50 for UK orders

Returns policy
Please notify us of any shortages or damage within 7 days of shipping date.

Returns procedure
If you wish to return an item, you must inform Matrix Seating that you are going to do so.

VAT exemption
Most items listed within our catalogue have been specially designed for use by a disabled person. These items can qualify for zero-rated VAT if the item is relevant to the person's disability and a VAT Exemption claim form is filled in, signed and sent to MSL with a copy of your order. Claims cannot be accepted after despatch of goods.
