We aim to ship the majority of orders within three working days.
Non-standard cover materials take an additional two to three weeks.
Orders of Mobile Arm Supports may take up to two weeks. |

£15.50 for UK orders with weight under 20kg
(The majority of orders will fall into this category. Please ask for other rates.)
Headmaster Collar and accessories and Torticollis Collar:
For UK orders: £4.20 for up to 4 collars; £10.00 for 5 or more
New option: courier delivery - £10.00 per order

These items can qualify for zero-rated VAT if the item is relevant to the person's disability and a VAT Exemption claim form is filled in, signed and sent to MSL with a copy of your order. Claims cannot be accepted after despatch of goods. |
