VAT exemption

 

You will not need to pay VAT (Value Added Tax) if one of the following two conditions applies:

 

1. You are ordering from outside the UK.

2. You have returned a completed VAT Exemptions Form to us before ordering.

Most items listed within our catalogue have been specially designed for use by a disabled person. These items can qualify for zero-rated VAT if the item is relevant to the person's disability and a VAT Exemption claim form is filled in, signed and sent to MSL with a copy of your order. Claims cannot be accepted after despatch of goods.
