Most items listed within our catalogue have been specially designed for use by a disabled person. These items can qualify for zero-rated VAT if the item is relevant to the person's disability and a VAT Exemption claim form is filled in, signed and sent to MSL with a copy of your order. Claims cannot be accepted after despatch of goods.

Please notify us of any shortages or damage within 7 days of shipping date. We can only accept items to be returned up to 28 days from the invoice date, and they must be in resaleable condition; otherwise we cannot credit your account or cancel the item on your invoice.
There is a 15% charge (minimum of £10) for items returned to cover our costs.
Heads First Collar and accessories are not returnable.
If you wish to return an item, you must inform Matrix Seating that you are going to do so. Failure to do so will result in your account not being credited or the item on your invoice still being applicable.
